Cowboy Saddlery is owned and operated by Keith Valley, a master saddle-maker. Valley crafts fine, functional, saddles that are custom made to fit both the horse and rider. Each saddle is unique, made to the specifications of the client who will become the owner of a Valley saddle, modified by measurements taken from the client’s horse. Saddles are delivered ready for the toughest assignment their owner may require, but are also beautiful enough to display as a work of art. While Valley is extremely talented, it is his attention to detail learned through years of study and mentoring from professionals such as Steve Mecum, Don King, Chas Weldon and Chester Hape that has honed his craft to perfection.

Valley’s mission is to offer hardworking cowboy gear that will last a lifetime, without losing its value.
Valley believes that success comes from honest, courteous, personal service to his clients and delivery on each promise. In addition to saddles, Valley crafts other cowboy accessories for horses and has done custom leather tooling for costumes for the Alabama Shakespeare Theatre, Montgomery, Alabama, as well as leatherwork for high-end homes in the Jackson Hole area. (i.e. leather detail on cabinetry in entertainment room.)
